one and another creates a fertile ground for thinking and talking constructively and enjoyably about what we do and how and why we’re doing it. The talks and subsequent discussions expand the discourse to areas that inform our work, methods and language employed and looks more closely at the things in our lives that are intrinsically linked with our practice. All guests play an active role in the evening and partake in the discussion following the speaker's contribution. Each artist is invited to talk about a topic of their choice and extend their invitation to another, who may contribute in the shape of a reading, slide talk, musical or other performance or by taking the role of interviewer, questioner, critic and/or vocal member of the audience. Similarly, each invited audience member is encouraged to extend their own invitation to another, effectively doubling the amount of guests. All guests are asked to prepare themselves for the evening through a little prior research on the theme.
