THIS FEELS LIKE AN OMEN features new work produced over lockdown by Newcastle-based artists Mark Bletcher and Oliver Hoffmeister. Bletcher is showing recent paintings in oil, acrylic and watercolour depicting subjects of contemporary life and drawing on memory and mythology. Whereas, Hoffmeister uses his practice to explore the more absurd moments in life. For this exhibition, he is showing recent experimental animation and cut-out sculptural paintings.
